High-Performance Precision

Modern Molding serves the worldwide thermoplastic injection molding market from our production facility in Delano, Minnesota. MMI utilizes High Performance-High Precision injection molding presses, automation, material handling and tool room equipment to meet our customer’s complex demands.

Injection molding

  • 30 ton up to 390 ton with 0.6 oz. up to 30 oz. shot capacity
  • Real-Time Production Monitoring
  • Bar Coded Labels (Warehouse Management System)
  • Press top and auxiliary robots, conveyor belts and camera system

  • Centralized resin drying and conveyance system
  • Moisture analyzer to verify resin dryness prior to molding
